I also heard in "I am the hit and the run" this meaning: I am both the perpetrator and the victim. A common theme for Ren. Nobody comments on the jazzy bass line in the therapist yada-yada-yada section, but I'm crazy about it. The only time I've heard Ren employ autotune is to apply a vocal effect. He has no trouble reaching the notes. Would LOVE a total Sick Boi album review! 💜💜💜

He doesn't use auto tune as a tool, I don't think, but an actual instrument. I've never seen it used quite that way and for that purpose. Pretty neat. Another great reaction Cliff

Ren is from Wales originally but moved to Brighton to be able to pursue his music.Brighton is about 80 miles from London

A full album review would be great. Most of the songs tie in to at least one of the 7 sins. (The brag raps are a little prideful, Uninvited is pure lust, LMpt4 starts with Sloth ("don't even know what to rap about anymore"), MG is greed, etc. Would be great to see how you feel about the whole thing as an entire project. With or without the icicle d*cks. 😂

I absolutely HATED Paul's Boutique when it came out. I was such a fan of Licensed to Ill and was still only 16 when Paul's Boutique came out. I listened to it once and put it on the cd rack and didn't listen to it again for probably 4-5 years. When I finally did listen to it again, I LOVED it and I think it is their best album.
