I have been to Teewah Beach and Rainbow many times, as my main hobby is paragliding. It is possible to fly from the track from entry at Teewah and the whole length of the beach. My children loved Rainbow when they were young. Many great memories and I am sure you will make great memories of your own. Have fun!

Thanks for the vid! Used this as a guide when we just visited over the Xmas break. Only issue was it was PACKED! I would honestly say we seen 1000+ cars driving and camping. Was raining and had 30+ knot winds aswell, but overall had a great day at rainbow. Teewah camp although was too windy and busy.

Hi guys, just been watching a few of your episodes, great content by fun loving people. There's cops up there quite often because as you said everyone speeds and then you get the younger dudes doing dohnuts on the beach. There's actually been a few people killed flipping there vehicles in the washouts along the hard sand, mainly backpackers. It's a great place but I haven't been up there for about 30 years. There's a lot to see on the East Coast. Take care and safe travels. I just subscribed.

Great ep guys. Before i moved to WA, i spent a lot of time here as i grew up close by. The place is now over-run most weekends (p platers in dual cabs) compared to what it used to be, however its still an awesome spot. I think it was named by Captain cook when he passed because it appeaed like 2 islands.

Yeah Teewah is magic, so very lucky to live so close on the outskirts of Brisbane. Many accomodation options to from at Cooloola NP whether it be camping south at North Shore Beach campgrounds, Beach camp zones further north for ‘off the grid’ (just be sure to take your port-a-loo) Freshwater is another camping option to escape the crowds with basic facilities and then you got houses at Teewah Township. Seriously it has it all and just a stone’s throw from Noosa. It’s great to be a QLD’rrrrrr !!!!!

Such an accessible beach camp! I’ve been camping up there for 20 years. We had an annual beach party with all the Sunshine Coast crew. We would tie a long rope to the forby and wakeboard at Double island point. Not another car in sight! Now it’s rammed every weekend and those P platers are out of control! It’s called Double Island point because if you look at it while you’re out at sea it looks like two islands. It’s got an epic wave when a Nor east swell rolls in with south wind🏄‍♂️👌 My wife and I really enjoy your channel. We had sticky beak at a Urban 16 yesterday, very nice👍Cheers Nick& Kate.

Great to see you guys are/were here in this beautiful part of the country. The Sunny Coast. Did you get a wave Keelan? Knowing you were coming this way I was always keeping an eye out for your car and van. (You never know) Now you're up in the country where I spent many years. Cape York. Weipa and surrounds. Best time of the year. Watch out for the crocs. Don't take any chances!

I'm a Sunny Coast Local. On a long weekend the cops are on the beach normally. We have way to many P platers in twin cabs. plus due to the small 1 1/2 hours from Brisbane. We also have way to many hero's in their bosses supplied work Ute doing Inskip with Highway air pressure.

Looks like a beautiful spot. Must go there on our trip! Can’t believe I have not been there. Kind of avoided that area while we lived in QLD. The beach there is great, did you see the coloured sands, beautiful, there used to be a shipwreck near there, the Cherry Venture, but the nanny state demolished it before some braindead hurt himself on it. Bloody Rainbow Beach looks like a suburb now, last time I saw it was like you thought it was like. Did you see a Rolls Royce 4WD there? Bloke there made one much to RR's horror. Loved your pizza, Sarah here in the Philippines a pizza is a piece of cardboard with some red stuff rubbed on, topped with what looks and tastes like soap. Hope you enjoy the Cape, was always too busy to go there, but have sailed past many times on the way to Torres Straight.

Hi guys great you are enjoying our backyard, most people look after their cars butTeewah DI now suffer from idiots rubbish &hooning cops blitz often. This time of the year the beaches are firm but not always .I have seen the Freshwater track really soft & rough enjoy.

It’s a awesome spot mate!! Fair bit of rubbish and hooning happens for sure! Lot of kids having fun!! Good news is they rip the beach on low tide, by High tide the skids have disappeared as the ocean flattens out the beach haha 😂

Great epp guys. Glad for you to see our favourite DI. Excuse the P plate rangers and datsuns, should be banned, but we all did it in our day, just without TwitFace. Qld Gov has been cracking down on them, which is good. DI is a great example of what our islands offer. Stradie, Moreton and Fraser, although a bit more challenging with the van, but worth it!

Your right I would be lying if I said I had never done some donuts on the beach and a few snakeys.. as long as young kids are safe to still play on the beach and they do it below the high tide line I’m happy! The ocean does a pretty good job of smoothing out the beach after the P platers come through haha 😂 can’t wait to hit the other islands

Hi Sarah just wondering if you could tell me about the configuration of your van as in could u go without the second seat and replace that with another set draws for storage. So only seating is the lounge? We are also looking at changing the configuration inside to the x tracker and wondering what u think of that idea? We are just about to sign off on our van to get built this month so final changes are being signed off. Many thanks

hey we de love our second seats. the only spot for another bench is right next to the shower, so you still can sit opposite each other and eat dinner ect! but our layout works perfectly for us!! I wouldn't change a thing about our little Armorlite!

Same of these camp sites on commonwealth land have a bit to answer for charging what they do for you to use land you already own as a citizen. Some places are awesome and others good amenities etc.

Health kick? Come on guys. White Bread, seed oils (vegetable, sunflower, canola, grape seed etc, literally the worst things on the planet) sugar sauce (tomato)! Insulin spiking, inflammatory nightmare! A few things to consider if you want to “sell” health. Otherwise, you’re telling, not selling. Great spot though 🤙

That’s the reason we have got on AG is because we don’t eat the best and fresh health food isn’t always available. For example Right now we are up at cape York and havnt seen a supermarket for weeks. We also love to eat whatever we want and with this we can still get our vitamin whack

@@SarahandKeelanTravels when eating seed oils and high carb high fat combined (Fat good, carb bad, but one or the other) you spike so much insulin you can’t absorb those vitamins. It’s a big rabbit whole bud. Fun to go down. Eat meat, eggs, salad, quality dairy! Game changer. Investigate clean keto. We maintain it 💯 of the time, was on Fraser last week. But you’re right, not always easy. First step, is to actually Know what’s killing us and making us sick. Hard to fathom at your age. But considering your future self at a young age is a game changer. That aside, the vitamin combo is great. Though the best vitamin D is from the sun, i imagine you soak that in surfing 🤙
