I mean it would only need crossplay and then let ps4/xbox join the modded servers but its not that easy it self

@@hugoairsoftak They could pull a Bethesda and have a service in the game to download mods that they approve. Then just join a server that has the mods that you want i.e. community servers.

That would be amazing. I do think that is the idea with Arma Reforged, out of the box the mods work on both PC and Console... but we are a long longgg way from any sort of DayZ on the new engine. Talking like a decade.

I definitely need this, I want to build my map that I have in mind but would settle for easier 1st. I love playing with DZ Editor and building out my own trader zones. I kinda get a feeling of "The Pitts" from FO3 with alot of this stuff is kinda where my imagination is taking me. Wonderful video thank you 😊

Amazing mod. The developer of this mod has more knowledge about what's good for dayz itself, rather then the devs of themselves.

As an old man I still think the Arma II Dayz mod is superior overpoch was where it was at. You can't even drive a vehicle in dayz standalone without it glitching out thanks to the infinite wisdom of the devs. I had 3000+ hours in dayz good times. Went from taking out entire squads like a frankieonpcin1080p video to being complete trash these days it's sad.

Are these static items that can be placed? And if I wipe my server will they persist or would I have to replace them? 🤔

Are those buildable or placeable or are they admin side things??

Yep so admin's on the server can place them offline in DayZ Editor, so that once the server boots up they are there. Also servers can place them in real time but its trickier.
