I think the killer is the kid from the videos. My theory is there was a family in the house, but one of the kids either made contact with a demon, or had some kind of mental illness. Anyway, the kid started following the commands of the voice in the hole. He ends up killing his siblings, the first 2 bodies the mom and grandpa were crying over. Then he kills his mother, and finally his grandfather at the voice's command. He stays in the house and is grown by the time the main character arrives. He's the one doing all the weird things in the house, ending with killing us because the voice commanded it. Again, don't know exactly who or what the voice is, but that's my interpretation of what happens.

The kid from the tape is the bearded man. He have a mental disoder, possibly schizophrenia since he's a kid. The thing in the hole is not real, it's just the voice in his head telling him what to do. The parent's (the two corpse in the first tape) and grandparent's death is the cause of him. In Japan, koi is a symbol of love and friendship. That's why the grandparents is mad at him for wanting to cut off the head. As times went by (after his family death), leaving alone is making his mental state worsen. He started using religious stuff and made his own religion. His house that hasn't been cleaned for a long time looks haunted. That's why people started coming there to test their braveness. After someone stepped foot there, they won't comeback. The corpses is the victim of his. The paranormal that we've been experiencing is possibly because of the soul of the victim trapped there. Some interesting details: The achievement made a word 'SATAN'. The bearded man is possibly inspired by Asahara Shoko who created a religion called AUM Shirinkiyo based on the similarity of the face. 自殺 mean suicide, possibly hinting that anyone who comes there is digging their own grave?

I sometimes really wonder who's idea was it to make the heart look like that when it is nothing closer to a heart in real life..
