Here is a scientifically proven technique to help you accomplish your weight loss goal.
A Japanese actor known as Miki Ryosuke discovered a technique to lose weight very fast.
He managed to lose 28.7 pounds and 4.7 inches from his waist in just a few weeks.
He accidentally found the effectiveness of this method which was prescribed to him as a back pain relief exercise. Guess what? It only requires 2 minutes a day.
This technique is called the Long breath diet. You have to assume a certain position and take a 3-second breath and then do a strong 7-second exhalation.
More on the method later. First, let's see why it works. It all depends upon altering and accelerating the fat metabolism of your body. Fat is made up of oxygen, carbon, and hydrogen.
When the oxygen we breathe reaches these fat molecules. It breaks them down into carbon dioxide and water. The blood picks up the carbon dioxide and returns it to the lungs to be exhaled.
Therefore more oxygen our body use, the more fat we will burn.
Let’s see the Method:
Stand upright. Tighten your butt and put one foot in front of your body, placing most of your weight on your back foot. Then, breathe in for three seconds simultaneously raising your hands in the air above your head. As you exhale, use your whole body to push the air out of your lungs, getting most of it out in the first part. Make sure you tighten up all your body muscle when you push the air out. Your exhale should last seven seconds. The difficult part is continuing to push when you don't really have air to breathe out. Do this six times. It should take about one minute. Repeat the process at least 2 times every day. You can do it 5 times if you like to do it. It may look simple, but you will start to feel the difference after the first session.

Not 100% true... I do "eat less" and on a diet and also excrice but i still have stubborn fat on my stomach... My weight is low but as a result of genes i guees i can not manage to burn the fat completly so maybe this method can help🤷

It really depends on some people. Some people ate more and excersized more and they lost weight. Try all ways.

That‘s not true at all. If you eat less, you may lose weight BUT if you begin to eat more after that you‘ll gain the weight back or even more. All you have to do is eat healthy (80/20 and 4-5 meals per day, 3 „big meals“ and 2 or 1 small meals), drink a lot of water (sometimes when you feel hungry, you are actually just thirsty), not juice or Soda and workout (3-4 times per week). I tried this too after so many diets and I swear, you can lose weight without starving. 🥰 Sorry for my bad english, I‘m german. 😅

@@justjoshi4322 yes it did for me, i also changed my diet recently, this exercise looks simple but kind of tiring, i noticed that it's more effective if you're conscious to your diet. if you're also bloated expect for excessive farts. well that's my experience though. 😂

I’ll try this for 2 weeks and I’ll update you guyyyys~ UPDATE: THERE ARE CHANGES. I DID THIS WORKOUT FOR ABOUT 4-5 MINUTES AND YOU CAN ALREADY FEEL THE BURN. FOR ABOUT 2 DAYS, THERE WILL BE PAIN RIGHT ON YOUR ABDOMEN BUT THAT’S NORMAL. AND IN TWO WEEKS, FROM 34 inches to 28 inches (waist) but of course, you need to change your diet. Less on carbs and more on water. I always drink cold water anyways.

@Zen Lopez hello!! Sorry guys it’s been so long I didn’t see this for a while... But I did a bunch of exercises, like mouth swishers, lip puckers, and bringing the bottom of my lip up to my top lip and stayed there for a while. I also drank lots of water and chewed gum sometimes!! Hope this helps

this actually works! i bought a pair of jeans that were a little tight and after a week or two of doing this they fit really nice, even a little loose! what i do is put on a song and do the breathing until the songs ends

When I was young I was really thin and people were making fun of it. I wanted to gain weight, but no matter how much food per day I was eating, nothing. @@jojo-qm7ve I think I know where your problem is: you don't drink enough water during your exercises. Let me explain to you; if you don't drink enough water while working out (and, in general, during the day) what your are loosing through your sweat isn't fat n' calories, just liquids, it also happens when you' re feeling hot and you start to sweat. For example, one day my father was out gardening, and it was a really sunny and hot day so he was sweating sooo much. When he came back home he weighed himself and he had lost three kilos only by doing gardening! (he weighed himself before and after going out) Could you believe it? By the way he gained those kilos and returned to his normal weight just by drinking water during the day because, as I said, he lost liquids, not fat n' calories. So the solution to your problem is: water. Just drink more water (you should try to drink two liters a day, but if you initially reach one liter and a half that's totally fine, it was also hard for me to start drinking water when I wasn't thirsty so I understand you). Now, I'm not a specialist and this is just my advice, I just wanted to give you a little help. Don't be disappointed by the way, what you are doing is amazing and you should keep doing it because that means you are trying to become a better person. I really hope you reach your goals to become who you want to be. 💜

@@jojo-qm7ve I've had the same problem because i was biting off more than I can chew. Don't start with harsh exercice and diets. Do things little by little and organize your time using an agenda. If you are used to eating junk food or unhealthy food, you can't switch to healthy food overnight, instead introduce more and more vegetables and fruits to your diet until eventually your body gets used to it and you'll start liking it! Also, don't overexercice it's simply not good! Don't force your body to continue if your muscles are tired, a big red flag is if you feel like puking. Also don't forget to drink LOTS of Water! Hopefully you succeed through your weight/fat loss journey, Good luck!

@@jojo-qm7ve don't give up dear and do not be discouraged. It's not an overnight miracle, it's a process. Adhere to what the two people who replied your post before me. I weighed 110 in June(healing from depression), and now I fluctuate between 99-100kg without exercise,i just changed my eating pattern ,drank loads of water(had to download the water app)and went organic(though I can't afford all organic food, but I do my best with the little cash I have). I can't even exercise yet because of my health, but tips such as this I will be incorporating in my lifestyle. Just please discover what is best for your body and you will see changes.

For this exercise more effort is needed to exhale the air thus faster metabolism and more carbohydrate is broken down.

This is not regular exhaling. You need to push the air out while keeping your body muscles tight. And continue to push air out for 7 seconds. You would have finished exhaling before 7 secs are up, but you keep doing that till 7th sec. That uses energy and burns fat. After a couple of days you may see subtle changes I guess.

OK, I'm going to try this. Day1: waist=28.5inches Day2: still 28.5, no surprise PS: I just took a dump and now my waist measures 28 inches lol Day3: omg 27.5inches! maybe this does work?😯 Day 4: back to 28.5 inches😑 but I ate a lot today though Day5: 28.2inches Day6: 28.5 inches 😑 I guess my stomach only shrunk on day 3 because I didn't eat much that day, not because of this exercise...

Niaseye TheFemaleSadist I'm planning to do it for a week. If you don't have a measuring tape, you can make a long stripe of paper and wrap it around your stomach. Then draw a line were the part meets with the other end so you can compare to next day's line. You can put it on a ruler to see the exact difference. You can't know your waist's measurement this way but you can know if your waist shrunk or not.

The vast majority of her workouts for bellies are just ab workouts, you're building muscle but not losing belly fat so it doesn't really look different. That said, her stuff is super effective if you do it right

Ok. I saw a Ted Talks that talked about where the fat goes when you lose it. This guy broke it down scientifically...exactly as this method states. You pretty much exhale it away. I will try this and come back here and tell my honest results.

It works. I could button my jeans without discomfort after a week, and I would see and feel that my fat had become less. After a mont I lost a jean size, could button without discomfort and 'overhang'. :) I was 'just' skinny-fat, but carried a lot around my stomach. I did just the 2 minutes a day (12 repetitions), but I am considering increasing it.

I VOLUNTEER AS TRIBUTE!! Ok I'm sick of seeing comments saying they'll try and update but didn't really get back to us at all. I'm gonna try this myself and will update on the last week of this April with results and more information. You guys can trust on me, I'll be 100% honest with you and mostly, myself too. Flabby tummys unite! Edit: Okay so I did it for like 3 weeks and actually lost an inch on my waist and I think it would've been more effective if I had done it regulary (there are days that I skip cebause I'm so forgetful sorry lol). Nothing dramatic happens to me but I think it is still worth doing it though I would like to combine it with exercise from now.

Hey, I’m gonna give this a try and see what’s up. Day 1: Just found the video, and tried it. Did it for about 4 minutes. I definitely feel more energized and less bloated. I also feel lighter already. Day 4: Surprisingly I can definitely see a difference already in my stomach. I feel good doing the activity, and will probably continue to do it. So uh a year later forgot this existed 😂

IT WORKS!!!! Guys I did this in summer Holidays every day 10minutes, 5 in the morning and 5 in the evening. Plus I listened to weightlos subliminals while doing this. I lost 6kg in 4 Weeks.

I will start tomorrow and update in a week! Edit: 3 days left wow I already saw a difference. I have been doing 5 minutes a day and more if I was tempted to. I see a difference but I obviously need to do more at least 2 weeks to get rid of most of the fat. I will do it for a month and update every time I see a difference. I'll update this Wednesday which would b my week done! After 1 week: Woooowwww it works guys do it don't torture yourself by eating a meal a week!

Just when he says that it was prescribed to him because of back pain, my brain screams "yes yes yes!! That's what I need!" ..Because my lower back hurts almost everyday. When I lie on bed I can always feel that my back aches, like it's being stretched out, even though I didn't do any heavy routines to give pressure on my back. Or I easily feel my back getting tired..

I got the result. 100% effective exercise. My indigestion problem, back pain, knees pain, burning sensation of stomach, bloating stomach , chronic tiredness, constipation every problems are solved. I'm going to try this and update everyday! I'm pairing this with fairly decent eating habits and a couple minute leg exercises to work out my legs as well! Also, I do this every morning and every night for about 3 minutes! -- Day 1: I see no differences (of course), but I definitely feel less bloated Day 2: Not much difference still, but again, I feel less bloated. Not much to say yet about this excerise Day 3: I see a little bit of difference! Not a lot, but it's definitely there. I think doing this for a couple more weeks will give me more of the difference I'm looking for Day 4: Same a day 3 pretty much Day 5: Still, same as day 3 and 4, not seeing much more improvement Day 6: A little better, though I kind of felt like giving up Day 7: I totally didn't get the results I was expecting, but I think if I do this for about 3 more weeks I will get there. Overall, it's worth doing since it only takes 5 minutes of my day!

This does work. It’s not just the breathing you have to focus. You must tighten your entire body muscles while controlling the breath you are exhaling at least 7 seconds. It’s in a way like isometrics but adding the use of the oxygen you take in which is what your muscles need. I guarantee if you are doing this correctly, you will have sore muscles. This is something we did during martial arts training. You learn to connect your mind with your body. I’ve seen many state they’ve used it in yoga which makes total sense. Who can spare ten minutes a day? Of course you can’t eat 10K calories a day and expect a miracle.

@@angie8095 Turns out I changed the exercise. I researched on the Internet how to flatten your stomach and apparently planks really help. If you are wondering what my exercise is this is it. I do it every night before I go to bed I started yesterday: 1-Plank;30 seconds then break for ten seconds. Repeat five times 2-Crunches;15 seconds then break for 10 seconds. Repeat five times (or less if you find it tough) 3-Sit ups;15 sit ups then break for ten seconds. Repeat five times I will post on how I feel after each day and after two weeks I will post results. Hope this helps you!!

It really works I am 57yrs of age been doing three weeks I was able to fasten up my 👖 button up from 20 years, after I achieved the goal I got rid of the “ JEANS by LUCKY” I realized I wasn’t that person anymore even if I could fit the jeans.
