Keto Cheetos
4 oz freshly shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 T Parmesan Cheese
2 T Nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 300
Shred cheddar cheese and Parmesan and add to a plate. Sprinkle with Nutritional Yeast as shown in the video. Freeze overnight or at least 3-4 hours.
Put the egg whites and cream of tartar into a mixer and beat it to really stiff peaks.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with Olive or Avocado Oil.
Put the salt in the blender and add in frozen cheese mixture. Pulse until it makes a cheesy powder.
Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the egg whites and fold in gently until combined.
Put into a quart bag and cut the corner off so you can pipe the mixture onto the parchment.
Pipe as shown and put in the oven for 20 minutes. Turn the oven off and let them cool in the oven, making sure to check every few minutes so they don't brown.
You can store in an glass container if there are any left! Enjoy!
