葉是苦瓜葉，種子是苦瓜種子，果實是苦瓜，只是品種不同罷了，所以長相與市售的苦瓜有些不同。所有品種的苦瓜成熟後都是相同的顏色，成熟後的種子也是相同，被妳丟掉的果皮果肉也是可食用的，除熟食外，生食也可以，用它加蜂蜜及冷開水打成果汁，極其好喝，具有消暑退火效果，可試試

綠色可以煮茶水或是煮雞湯紅了就是吃籽上的膜，甜甜的。台灣的山苦瓜個頭小很多

小莉，這也是苦瓜的品種之一啊，外面的瓜肉丟掉真的很可惜了！這種山苦瓜對降血壓很有效的，而且還可以和小魚乾一起燉來吃，非常好吃

這是苦瓜的其中一種品種，未轉熟之前也是可以拿來川燙過涼水後涼拌淋點美乃滋或日式醬汁，或是滷一滷也很好吃！因為苦味較重不建議炒著吃

這是山苦瓜，跟苦瓜是同一個品種，他比苦瓜還要來得清涼退火，那個果肉是可以吃的😂它可以燉雞湯也可以炒梅干菜跟苦瓜是一樣的

Hi Lee h r u, In India we'll prepare some fry with green bitter gourd with some spices, it's yummy... U just slightly peel off the green one then cut it like round slices then u deep fri it after that u just add some salt and chilli powder It's yummy ❤

We make curry with green bitter guards.use some spices like chilly. Turmaric powder. Coriander powder. With onion. Some crushed peanut.

Di Indonesia itu namanya pare.. yang masih hijau dimasak dengan udang, cabai, bawang.. Dipotong tipis parenya diberi garam untuk mengurangi rasa pahitnya lalu dicuci bersih setelah itu dimasak .. .

Essa espécie de melão tem aqui no Brasil chamamos de melão de São Caetano não sei o porquê do nome é uma espécie nativa não planto e nasce em minha chácara. Não é muito doce dizem que ajuda a abaixar a glicemia dos diabéticos. Abraços aqui do Brasil

真的很苦，回台灣時吃過，而且也比普通的小。現在歐洲也有苦瓜（中國超市）季節很短，不知是否心裡作用，覺得不像台灣的苦瓜如此苦😅
