My apartment got bought by Cardone. Its fallen so far from where it was. We spent 2 months with only one maintenance person. It was during hurricane season in Florida. One hurricane hit and trashed multiple buildings. No one was able to help fix it. Its been months of the same stuff. Everyone at the office has quit after the purchase. They are only there for 3 - 4 months. They all say the same thing. When they request money for repairs its always a no not until we are sued

Coffee's videos on just how predatory his business model is are the main reason I know about Grant Cardone and that alone would've been enough to make me dislike him but finding clips of his daughter giving her own TED talks and championing an unhealthy focus on wealth and making a bad work-life balance seem like the best way to live made me absolutely despise him. His daughter should be focusing on being a kid and doing well in school but instead he's using her as a living billboard while setting her up to take over his scamming empire. It's tragic and disgusting. Grant Cardone should be in jail just like people like Logan Paul and SBF. I hope I'm around to see it happen.

I think there is a difference between people striving for stability/enough to be comfortable and those striving to be “rich”. Cardone is prime example of someone who is wrapping himself in extravagant auspicious wealth because he has no depth of character or beliefs.

Been successful in real estate, it is hard you are right. Never heard of this guy till now. If you are in a group you are on the wrong path . There are no large groups becoming rich together it is a lonely thing filled with many hours of work just to create a chance at wealth. You have to do something that most cannot.
