People are wanting to save their relationships and it can often seem like a very difficult struggle to do so, you know, you're trying to connect, you're trying to make things right. You're trying to communicate exactly how you feel and how genuine you are in wanting to make things work with your ex. But for whatever reason, they just seem to be a closed book to that idea. And they are just not open or interested in working things out with you, even though they might have prior to the breakup. So what exactly does it take to actually melt your ex's heart?
Now, this is where we're going to get into the topic of emotional connection, because if you've watched previous videos, you probably have heard Clay Andrews talk about the emotional connection between you and your ex or you and any other potential partner is really the most important thing that you should be focusing on.
Hope is not gone even if you have broken up with your ex. Though it seems like your ex hates you and wouldn't get back together with you, there are still things that you can do to get your ex back.
In this video, Clay talks about simple things that you can do to IMPRESS YOUR EX - by engaging in little conversations, allowing them to open up to you and you to them, and honing your emotional connection with them. Make your ex feel loved by understanding them & making them feel important.

Hi Clay! I love the tone of your videos. They’re so insightful! I’d love to see videos about the dating phase. I recently started dating someone new and we had many fantastic conversations, however he had a sudden change of heart and felt that he’d lost control of himself. I let him go. We still say hello every once in a while and is super friendly, talks to me in real time with details. I don’t know if we can reconnect (time will tell), I’m missing too much information.

I finally watched all the extended editions of LOTR. I'm gonna use that to break no contact because he knew I wanted to watch them with him. We have never had a problem finding things to connect on.

How can you melt an ex's heart who's resenting having to buy out my share of the apartment? Conversations got really nasty at times while dealing splitting the apartment, I don't even recognize him anymore. I wish we could solve this through before doing the actual split, it's been 2 months since BU and unsuccessful negotiations and tension building up from his end especially. I did my share of apologizing for my shortcomings, as for him, zero he just said I know you're a great woman, the best relationship I've ever had, but sorry.

Sounds like they are meaning trauma bond. They probably, now take this with a grain of salt, just consider, that they probably think you’re a narcissist or think they are. They probably fell down a rabbit hole. Tell them there is no revenge coming and you aren’t trying to suck them back in. Their response will tell you if they think you’re a narc.

NC means u should not contact him,it doesn't mean u shouldn't be active on social media but don't overdo it,otherwise he will think u doing too much because of him and it can turn him off,u can post ur skills, achievement or fun lifestyle. And pls if u on a nc for a month dont chat him even if he comments on your pictures.

I told my ex I do not have feelings for him anymore, but I do actually. I said this because a couple times we spent together after 22 days of NC (he missed me very much, cuddled a lot etc), I noticed he got distant again after a few meet ups and noticed that his feelings are really gone. He even deleted our pictures after these meet ups. After that he reached out to me twice on the same day saying non important stuff but I am back in NC again voor 4 days so did not respond. Did I make a mistake somewhere? What to do next?

who wants to get back with these sob's if you want to get back with your ex something is wrong with you you need to re examine your life to see where you messed up because Ex are there for a reason and we can t just ignore the fact that you gave them everything and still they left that s because they never cared enough to stay in the first place and its not because of you or anything its because you were not meant to be together and I repeat it its because you are meant to be together listen if you know you have done everything you can to try to communicate with you ex your best bet is to move on there are other people outthere for you guys ,, don't stay hung up on the love that you thought you had with your Ex just learn how to love them from a distance and do you . Yes mistakes were made by you but they were just in the past and if they cared enough since they know that no one is perfect they would have stayed but no they didn't they didn't stay for you because they thought that they could do better ,, now why the hell do you run after someone who ever thought they could do better than you that is degrading so please don't do stupid sht and go back trying to find the old memories where they cant be found anymore we all have been through this sht and its not funny you fall in love with someone and you expect to grow in love with them but the sht dint go the way you wanted sht done changed and now they are having relations and mingling with other people and you want to go for that ? you want to go back with someone like like that a? are you serious? no forget about the case and close it there is more love and abundance of love ahead of you only if you are willing to let that one messed up person go please for the sake of your respect don't go back to these people they are nothing but trouble and when you go back to them they will think that you cant live your life without them and they will go back to you out of pity and that is not healthy at all because a healthy relationship is where you both love and like each other to a point where even disputes and arguments and sht like that don't separate you for a long time don't go back to your exex just look for some one new and apply the lessons you ve learnt with someone new freshly new your life will be much better
