@@kuroshi7766 yeah, honestly surprised Siam and the Phillipines don't have focus trees yet. Philippines was pretty important since we held the 'Gibraltar of the East'. Japan couldn't exert its Naval Presence without taking the Philippines, due to its proximity to the rest of the colonies of the Allies.

The Rio Protocols changed it to the modern day border, they were signed in 1941 after the invasion of Ecuador. Prior to this there was no clear border.

@@awkwardguy8238 but in 1936 they both signed a status quo that was similar to the 1941 treaty. De facto the territory was held by Peru way before that war. So it doesnt make sense to make it Ecuador control it.

@@alvaro1999ification While they did agree to a status quo, it was a temporary measure, and neither side liked it, hence why I prefer calling the Rio agreements the definitive one, and while Peru occupied the land, it was legally Ecuadorian, so I'd don't know how you would represent that.
