Today I am finally restoring our forgotten 'Froxfield' Parker Knoll Chair from the 1950s. A vintage family piece of furniture we've had for the last 20 years its had a journey filled with mold and rust and deserves some tlc. Come along with me as I undertake this chair restoration from start to finish. You will learn a brief history of parker knoll as well as the 'froxfield; chair itself, the best way to reuse materials such as horse hair and kapok and how to reupholster a chair from the frame up to finished article.
