The bosses spawn after 2 circles have closed. Btw on the loot islands that rift in, there's a mythic pulse rifle that you get by claiming the flag there. It does 38 damage per hit and the hip fire is very accurate and has a high fire rate. From the right range the hip fire will 200-0 in a second

I don't know if anyone's said this yet, but the floating actually houses another mythic that we just got this season. To get it, you have to capture, well, the capture point that's on it, then you'll get the mythic. Also there's a vault on the same floating island that requires just 2 keys instead of needing a keycard. & finally, the floating island actually spawns in every match when you're in the 2nd storm phase

Highcard rifts in after first circle closes at Mega City, Brutal Bastian and Shattered Slabs. I always land Mega City (it’s just my preferred landing spot) because I know where Highcard will always spawn. He always spawns on the bridge or near the bridge of the vault. He also could spawn on the bridge parallel to the vault. The vault at Mega City is also the easiest to get to, in my opinion.
