If I wore a white skirt to garage sales, it would be dirt, dust and grass stained after the first stop. As the day wore on, I'd probably trip on the hem and rip it, too. As for maintaining a perfect manicure while handling all that stuff? No way! Kudos to you, Kayla!

Pet peeve…. When they don’t have things priced and then have to explain why it’s so expensive…. lol just price your stuff or just tell me what you want for it. Sometimes people are still attached to their stuff and maybe are not ready for a yard sale?

I agree. Why do some sellers have to give you a whole life story of the thing you’re asking the price of. It’s like when they tell you something is new and it clearly isnt

And maybe these people know they are resellers… and they watched them pay $2.00 for an item they sold for $400.00. And the seller is just trying not to be taken advantage of!!

@maryreed3841 sellers are not being taken advantage of, if you require a price and someone pays it, that's it, they are fulfilling what you requested. If you want or think it's worth more, then be bothered to find out yourself by researching, surely 🤔

@@maryreed3841 It's not taking advantage of someone at all, the person who may have bought the item at $2.00 and it's worth $400.00 is simply just them benefiting of of the sellers lack of knowledge, if I was the seller and priced a $400 item at $2, and found out it was worth that much later, I would just be upset that I didn't research that item and learn from it.

I like how you guys both pick something up and ask the other person about buying the item and then you both tell each other to get it if they want or say yes, and if you say no it is because you know the price margin isn't good, both considerate of each other!

I want to do an escape room SO bad..........someday! Kayla, GIRL......Im telling ya, I went to garage sales last weekend and this one sale: I told her " you NEED a reseller!" (Ive strongly considered but, I suffer from adult ADD and it wouldnt be good!) She had vintage stuff CHEAP! In original pkg she had Lincoln Logs for $3 looked all there or mostly there, an older Spirograph in box......on and on! My Mama grabbed a gallon ziplock bags of OLD 60s/70s homemade dolly clothes for my 3 and 4 year old granddaughters for $3! You would have been in HEAVEN!

At your first sale you walked past a deep purple fish vase, they are worth getting if they are the older ones as they go for quite a bit of money known in UK as a gulping fish as it makes that noise when you pour water out of it

I loved the blanket you found at the first sale, I have a similar one on my couch! I do find it odd when people get attached to things like that! Unless they’re handmade, sentimental or a gift. Check the axle size on the pedals. That will help with the list, some are sized for BMX and some for mountain bikes.
