Oh my god I realized what was spawning pickups in womb: Torn Pocket was causing him to lose coins, but because coins can't appear with Nuh Uh from womb onward, they were immediately converted into other pickups.

Adoption papers is an alright synergy, it just gives a 100% chance for a trinket to show up in a shop due to the familiar being replaced by a trinket

Nuh Uh! plus Torn Pocket actually came in clutch there to be honest, constantly giving him better pick-ups and trinkets as he took damage to the point he barely lost any health. Quite the nice synergy!

You could check it on the wiki if you want Confirmation, but there actually are a couple of Trinkets with the "Evil Up" component. So Dark Feather _can_ work with other trinkets.

it may be a drastic change, but i recommend downloading the one-shot poops/fires with no enemies in room mod. it'll speed up both time spent and it'll keep attention easier when tear rate is super low. imo a very good quality of life mod especially bc it doesn't effect anything but time really

You should do a challenge run where you start with Red Key and Crystal key, but you can only take items from red rooms. I did the run myself as Cain and it turned out to be SICK and super interesting :)

8:06 i have a funny story about broken ankh. i was going for beast as azazel (my first beast mark back in my early days) and beast killed me but i had broken ankh so i clutched out the win and to this day it's the only reason i have the beast as blue baby mark :P
