That metal "cooler" box was for milk delivery. You would set it out on your porch and the milkman would put the bottles of milk in it that you had ordered and when you got home the milk would still be somewhat cool. This one was for the Foremost Dairy company.

This is exactly what I was going to say. I haven't seen one of those boxes since I was a kid. Apparently, Knudsen Foods of LA acquired Foremost Dairies in 1985. In 1951 Foremost dairies was the 3rd largest dairy company in the world.

A "Marsupilami" is a French comic animal character (big fan here!). It was first introduced in the "Spirou & Fantasio" books and later had its own comic strips and -series. That jacket might be very valuable for a collector.

The milk box was for the milkman to put the day's delivery into. It was on loan from the company to the customer. The box was kept in a designated place. The milk delivery was kept cold until the customer took it into the home. 😀😀😀

My last house in LA, built in 20’s or 30’s had a metal compartment built into the wall of the laundry room that opened to the outside. The little door had a metal dial type thing in the door that you turned to mark what your dairy order was and then the milk man would place your order in the compartment! There was no brand identification. When I remodeled I left it undisturbed. I wonder if the young couple who bot the place kept it when they remodeled.

I think the word you’re thinking of to describe the metal box is galvanized. I googled your Sakura fishing pole/reel, your instincts were right on, the lowest price I saw was 150.00 but there was others high close to 600.00 dollars! Make sure you do your research! One last thing, although by the time you read this, if you read this, it’ll be too late, but that vase with the bird, looked really nice, it could be worth more than you think.✌🏼❤️

Jack, those ball chains at the beginning aren't just for necklaces. They used to be the standard for pull chains on lamps and ceiling lights. We have several "Tiffany-like" stained glass lamps with pull chains made of those ball chains. I bet the handyman had all those to replace broken chains for his customers. The chains can possibly be on ceiling fans too.

The Kodak screens **may** be screens that are used in a darkroom for film printing, like a halftone screen. Hold them up to a light, and see if they have a pattern in it. The one looked like it was a brick pattern, but it went by pretty quickly. They seem a bit rigid, but look anyway at 35mm darkroom stuff if you research it.
