@@yeseniagarcia7539 really light weight, the type of cream/gel thats turn to water when you spread it on your skin, easily sink into the skin but it provide really good moisture, like if your are truly oily like my sister you probably need 2 pea size amount, like all ilyoon product this moisturiser main ingredients is squalene oil and ceramide. Really good also when you have damage skin barrier.

Yes the illiyoon ceramide is seriously my HG moisturizer! No finish is definitely a win and no shea butter as my skin doesn’t care for it - shea butter in high concentrations cause breakouts for me so that would be the only reason why the other cream wouldn’t work even though I love the brand. So yes illiyoon for the win! I love beauty of Joseon brand! Those are some great serum recs- didn’t know Benton had a green tea serum- I always use the green tea toner I love. I honestly find Purito more moisturizing - the keep cool requires me to use a good moisturizer underneath and it caused some pilling after 3rd reapplication so I probably will not buy another keep cool and will stick to Purito. I do agree keep cool is much lighter so it may be something I’ll wear before leaving home and reapply with Purito. Purito is definitely a light cream. Purito also is cheaper and more product. I use too much sunscreen and Purito also covers my needs as well! Thanks for this episode!

I just ordered the illiyoon ceramide cream, I am worried about it drying down matte, I usually hate that feeling and find it drying. I have heard the is so many people's HG moisturizer so I am going to give it a shot.

I feel the same way about the purito vs. keep cool, especially when it comes to the dollar amount. I feel like keep cool would be my perfect under makeup daily sunscreen considering the more elegant formula and that I wear makeup significantly less nowadays. I also have hella back ups of my purito cause she’s my babyyy. I loved this video!!

Ratih S i have oily skin and very acne prone skin. I am currently on tretinoin treatment and illiyoon is the only moisturizer that soothes and protect my skin. However, i only use this during the night. It can be too heavy for oily folks to be used during the day though. I only use sunscreen as my moisturizer during the day.

@@Yukigg303 Hi, infortunately I used it 2/3 times. Not enough to give a fair review. I was using the Beauty Of Joseon then but those 2 are now not moisturizing enough for the season so I swicht to the By Wishtrend Propolis wich is my go-to for inflammation, and clogged pores. And it is very light yet balanced in moist and hydratation. Hope this helps

@stephanie sprinkle I tried the propolis (yellow) one & the snail (brown) serum. I liked them a lot but the only thing I noticed was that they can pill a bit if you use too much or layer serums, which I do, but other than that they are nice 💕

Love this series! I have been using the purito comfy water for about a year or 2... I always felt like it burned my skin a little or had a very intense tingle and thought it was normal but I’m just stubborn because it was the only sunscreen that I liked. No whitecast, no greasiness.. I think its the formula itself that doesn’t go well with my skin because I’ve used mineral filters before. I decided to buy the Unscented Centella and like it about 10x better! I have oily skin so I was scared it would leave me too dewy or oily but that’s not the case at all!!!!! Will definitely use the centella one from now on. I actually had my eye on the KeepCool Sun essence so I’m so glad you talked about this and actually compared them! Might give it a try.

I never really looked at the py ato cream, but I am now (I’m a dewy kinda gal and I love the brand). Good to have in my rescue arsenal for when I tick off my skin. Hi Kelly i've been very impressed with/enjoying the Aqulabo line and would be interested in a review. It's a small line currently - just 4 products, but EO and fragrance free as well as cruelty free and affordable. Apart from the sheet mask which is fine, the other 3 products have been excellent on my hypersensitive skin (mist, toner and serum). The packaging is basic (cutting down the cost), but great ingredients and elegant formulations. Best wishes.

I agree that Purito would be better given the price different: it is almost half the price of Keep Cool on Yesstyle and 60 ml versus 50 ml. Also Purito has niacinamide which bumps it up a bit more. I do think Purito would have a much better sunscreen if they reformulated with Tinosorb S

keep cool has niacinamide too + 7 types of hyaluronic acid + the texture more easily absorb. Maybe that makes it more pricey than purito.

I haven’t tried the green tea serum from Benton, but it reminds me from Tosowoong green tea eco brightening essence (60ml). Although the name is essence I think it could be in the serum step. For bigger bottle and equal price it could beat Benton.

Hi... I've been loving this serum too. But i have some question for you.... So i purchase a benton green tea serum from my local seller. First time i got it on my hand, i notice how lightweight (not in texture, but the weight of the product it is compare to other 30ml serum. I thought it was because the packaging was made of plastic, hence it is not as heavy as other product. But then just this night, i notice that there is some kind of divider inside the package. And the product itself only consist of 30% of the packaging 😱😱. Am i being scammed, or it is really like that for some reason?

Love your this and that video ❤️. There’s a lot of news in reddit on how purito sunscreen doesnt held up in real usage ( with reapplication 2-3 hours, proper amount, not sweating etc). A lot of people report that they get burn or tan. Have you experienced any of this while using purito sunscreen ?

I noticed that I started getting sunspots when I switched from La Roche Posay to Purito. I love Purito, but now I only use it for light sun days, like running a quick errand.

I only use Purito when I'm at home. My usual sunscreens are the Japanese ones like Anessa Mild Milk or the Canmake UV Gell, more UV filters than the Korean ones. Better for me here in the tropics.

Well Idk that I prefer one over the other, serums are more concentrated so they will give you faster/better results than a toner if that helps.

Hi Kelly, I'm using the Benton green tea TONER and love it! But do you think I need to buy the SERUM too when I'm also alternatively using other treatment serums, like anti-aging? Kind of confusing because I love the hydrating and calming features of green tea but I don't wanna apply too much of serum at a time. What's your opinion?

@kelly driscoll, i have to thank you for helping me to decide that i need to buy missha fte and benton snail bee serum. It works wonder on my texture. I've been using somebymi truecica serum before since many influencer said it is good for skin. But the effect is so so. But just a week using missha fte +benton serum, my skin become smoooth and i love feeling my skin when washing face now. But i still have acne problem which never end. It is not many. Just 2 or 3 active at a time at most. But it is never ending. The black spot from the previous acne hasnt dissapear, and the new one already appear. I feel so desperare. Do you have any advice for this?

@Sundara Daya i want to try saving by using drugstore. So i want to skip going to the specialist yet. Tbh i just dont want to lose the joy of shopping online yet 🤣🤣

@Sundara Daya luckily u dont get out often. So i dont need that much sunscreen needs. If they dont cause breakout and cause my eyes to burn then its fine. Right now im using somebymi mineral sunscreen and it works fine. But still found nothing to prevent breakout from happening tho.

Ive ordered the benton - Im currently using the tia'm vita b5 toner so am getting a hit of panthenol but need something greentea and soothing in my life for my painful cystic breakouts to help along my mugwort first essence during that time (still getting them in my 40's :( )

@@halflife5728 just revisiting this video and saw your question :) My breakouts have been an ongoing thing since puberty and for the last 18 months or so of learning about lots of skincare ingrediants and actually using them consistantly its only gotten better so I'm pretty confident the panthenol is helping and not making things worse :)

Hi kelly! So i purchase a benton green tea serum from my local seller. First time i got it on my hand, i notice how lightweight (not in texture, but the weight of the product it is compare to other 30ml serum. I thought it was because the packaging was made of plastic, hence it is not as heavy as other product. But then just this night, i notice that there is some kind of divider inside the package. And the product itself only consist of 30% of the packaging 😱😱. Am i being scammed, or it is really like that for some reason?

@@Yukigg303 i do... I have hormonal acne since august. It just grow, heal, leave scar, and grow again till a a week ago. I used exfoliator before, but it has little effect. Then i put some drugstore retinol. So i used exfo in the morning and retinol at night for 3 days a week. It shows result. The acne growth is reduce significantly and not growing as much as before. I used the benton in the rest of the days with licorice serum to reduce the scar.

I really liked the video but don’t understand why you are dancing around Illyoon’s cruelty-free status. Any company that chooses profit from selling in China over protecting animals from pre and post market testing is not cruelty free. It’s that simple. 🐰 🐰
