The best thing about them and their roll is no nuisance like putting metric tons of unnecessary cheese, butter, sauce, lauda lassun etc in the roll. One like for them which I never do.

For once, roadside food prepared with good hygiene standards. Cloth used to cover the lachcha dough also very clean.

Love how it was NOT prepared with half a kg of Amul butter or Amul cheese! Also he kept everything covered and inside the cupboard, work station is clean too. If only they wore gloves, it would get full marks on hygiene then. Good work!!

With all due respect to the city i love the most kathi rolls are not indigenous to Hyd. They first popped up when Bengali cooks/Oriya cooks started to open their own joints and in some cases food vans. The same thing happened with Puchka/Panipuri as well.
