Rosel! I have a discada / aka plow disk form Southwest disk and I love it. I have the same burner too. I’ve also made chili in it. That fella is right, Southwest Disk has the best ones on the market. I have the Trinity model. #southwestdisk Looks like you had a great time.

I've heard you mention Southwest Disk before, you know if 2 people I trust believe in them then that's the brand for me. We had a fantastic time, next time they throw something I will give you a call. That Park is inside your circle I do believe.

The Cowboy wok is a great tool! I have made several of those in the past. I used to love cooking on one. Fast and simple.
