🍲 An easy recipe for delicious potato soup! 🍲
Welcome back to my channel! Today I have something very special for you - a recipe that will not only pamper your taste buds, but will also act like medicine for your stomach. 🌟
In this video I show you step by step how you can prepare a soothing and delicious potato soup. We start by frying 2 onions (00:16). Then we cut 5-6 potatoes (00:52) and fry them together with the onions for another 5 minutes (01:28).
We then add 50 grams of rice, salt and broth (01:44). You can use either vegetable or chicken broth, depending on your taste (01:56). To make the soup nice and creamy, we mix sour cream, flour and a little broth (02:12) and add the mixture to the soup. We then let the whole thing cook for another 10 minutes (02:28).
