1- First, let's roast the chopped mushrooms, then put them on another plate, then fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes, add the carrots and spices and fry them, then add the roasted mushrooms and boiled chicken, mix well and remove from the stove.
2- Take another zucchini, add the kashar cheese and parsley, mix it and set it aside.
Let's roll out 3-1 sheet of dough, spread mayonnaise on it, fold the edges inwards and make a square shape, put another sheet of dough on it in the same way and do the same process.
4-Then add the mixture we prepared on the dough, sprinkle it and roll it, divide the dough in half and place it on the baking tray.
