► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
5 eggs
150 g sugar (7 tablespoons)
a pinch of salt
Beat until a fluffy elastic foam forms
80 g flour (5 tablespoons)
45 g cocoa (4 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon)
30 g cornstarch (3 tablespoons)
pass through a fine sieve
Gently fold in with a spatula to keep the mixture fluffy.
form 20 cm
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 165°C (preferably with convection oven)
Leave for 5 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
120g dark chocolate
70 grams of butter
120 grams of condensed milk
70 ml cognac/rum/liqueur
melt in a water bath, or in the microwave in short pulses
cut off the top of the crust
Carefully remove any soft parts of the biscuit
300 pitted cherries
to mix everything
Chill for 5-8 hours
130 grams chocolate, 150 ml cream 20%
30 ml vegetable oil
50 grams of nuts
Chill for 15-20 minutes
Delicious holiday cake Drunk Cherry is ready!
