There’s no one like you in this KZfaq scene. Very refreshing and insightful and full of advice that actually works. I’ve been able to stay consistent with the gym for 8 months listening to your advice. I’ve always been on and off but now I’m looking the best I’ve ever have. I’m motivated as ever and hopefully will get 225lb bench press soon!!

I don't have any problem with binge eating but I spend too much time on my phone procrastinating, watching this video while mentally replacing "eating" with "staying on the phone" really meant a lot. I think you did a great job explaining the beginning of the procrastination moments, not only in food but in life in general

No food delivery, no sugar, no coffee sugar on work day. ☺️☺️☺️ This is a game changer really. Thank youuu.. keep the amazing content. I've been on therapy for a while, also trying many kind of meditations and self awareness. But idk.. just somehow this video just clicked and change is happening💃💃💃💃💓💓💓

As a recovering Binge eater, here is a trick I use when confronted with junk food- I actually talk out loud and ask myself "Am I hungry? do I really need to eat this? Will the world end today if you don't eat KFC? Will they stop making wings if you don't eat it today? Fck off from this fridge if you are not hungry you hippo!" I know I know...but sometimes, it does help. If I am in public, I just walk away from the store after the loud introspection, or if I am at home, I just chug a glass of water or iced coke zero. Helps :)

Man I was eating heavy yesterday. Cheeseburger, hotdogs, fries and other carbs. It was after I ran a challenging 10k trail run through a muddy creek though.

Feeling shitty this morning because I binged a bit last night. Typically for my sweet treat, I have PB with banana and almond milk. The problem though is that I tend to go crazy with the PB and will scoop some more and just eat it, then I ended up falling asleep so that’s just carbs sitting during sleep. Nice to see that this video was posted at a moment where I was thinking about those “fuck it” moments that just can feel like they’re overpowering.
