I think if you could find a little upright freezer to fit in there. You could put ice creams in there for kids. Or big kids LOL.😅 I know me my wife and my son. We would eat ice cream sitting around a campfire. It would be awesome to have it outside of the camper.

Take the refrigerator out of the slide put it against the wall, hinge the door by the toilet and open it towards the bathroom and you might have enough room be able to get to the bathroom and bedroom without losing anything but the dinette in road mode with only one door. Good call on the TV.

4:45 totally agree about the TV setup. No real thinking went on to do that 🙄. But I have to say that the counters are great, with lots of space. 😊

We have a 23 286bhu, and love ours. We liked the functionality and quirkyness of the layout. I'm not a fan of the color scheme in the 24s. I prefer the dark cabinets we have. Ours has the arch ceiling, as opposed to the flat. Our TV came with a pivot / swivel. Where the cabinets is under the tv we have an electric fireplace.

And half ton towable... im going to say no. We have a 1 ton dually ( we had it before we got the camper) that pulls it effortlessly. My son took it one weekend to tailgate at a Penn State game, with his 2014 5.0 f150. It met the weight requirements , but he said he would only tow it on flat roads comfortably.

I always want for vent heating, I don't want all RV manufacturers to just get rid of floor vent heating when floor vent heating work much better.

Wow! Love that open buck! Makes the space look a lot better. Please look at the classic version. The living room is nice. The kitchen is nice like all of the storage. The bath room is nice. How is the quality? We have the hideout fqts. The quality is vrey bad. Please look and more of there thank you josh!!

Josh-as always a great video with lots of chuckles throughout. This is a great layout and camper for a bunkhouse. My wife and I are looking to move to a more "couples" camper so I will look at what Springdale offers in that format. Thanks for your guidance on the tow vehicle needed. Although you are my go-to for everything camper related I have seen other content providers that do not give us much guidance as you do. My wife is tired of hearing me say, "Josh does not think that will be best to tow with our half ton!" Awesome that you are willing to give your opinion on that. With fear of giving too much info I will say that your videos are a great part of our nights when we watch TV together so thanks for that! Anyway, even though I am several hours from your Richmond store, when we re ready to buy our next vehicle we will be looking there. Been a fan of this floorplan since I saw the transcend 265bh. But I feel pretty strongly it needs direct tv facing sofa more than the dinette. Your breakdown of how to change the tv setup needs to be fed back to springdale.

Just needs a residential table and chairs or sofa option for the outdated Denny's diner booth dinette💥a true queen bed💥and an upgrade of the very entry level bathroom to a porcelain toilet💥a shower door that won't drip water all over the floor💥and a Hengs vent fan💥and this would be awesome👍👍

I would really love to see what you think of the Cherokee 3910 Artic Wolf. That thing has what I like to call a full basement for storage! It's definitely NOT half-ton towable, but man does that thing have some serious storage!

It’s been a few years since I got to it. Before it had the basement in the back it had a loft in the back and was called a 3990. That one I did here m.kzfaq.info/get/bejne/g76Jp8iC2d--mmw.html It’s their more affordable version of like a Montana 3761FL or north point 382FLRB

I agree with your idea of a tv. We’re special needs parents and the tv is what makes camping possible for us. Limited movement of the tv is a bummer. Especially since the chairs and bunk house are to the side of the tv.

Keep in mind too that this is a stick and tin RV, it is geared towards the bargain minded buyers. So things like a $50 steel step instead of a $250+ solid step with a spring assist is almost a given.

I believe the steel steps are for easier access. So if you’re parked close to another object, you can get in and out that door opposed to having to fold down the steps. Also, it takes up less room in the travel trailer.

I don't get why people hate the black steps? I hate getting mess in my rig from the big aluminum ones.
