It’s considered a supplement and there is no regulation on supplements in the US unless people get seriously hurt. If the US had any sensible regulation on supplements, it wouldn’t be legal here.

The pill lists ingredients otherwise it would be illegal. It does not list the quantity of each and uses ingredients that some people regularly take while others consider extremely risky…. It has all the makings of a controversial drug lol.

It's just caffeine, bacopa monieri, and GABA. Granted not the stack I would necessarily recommend, but there's not a lot going on there. Those are all pretty inexpensive on their own and you'll be able to control dosages and adjust and trial and error to minimum effective dose better if bought separately. The world of nootroopics get a bad rap and I understand how products like these don't necessarily help that perception.

I don't know about other countries, but in the U.S supplements and vitamins are regulated by the FDA, so companies can put anything in their supplemental or vitamin products, and don't have to list ingredients like companies do for food, drink, and drug products

Fun fact: The lutein in the jelly beans doesn't necessarily 'filter' blue light so that you can see better, like you can with glasses that have anti-fatigue lenses. Lutein is actually metabolized by your body and passed into your retinal tissue, which can help to preseve and improve the natural defenses against blue light. Blue light exposure (prolonged, over a lifetime) can accelerate the oxidative processes that lead to macular degeneration... which can destroy someone's central vision (so, like imagine looking directly at someone and seeing nothing where their face is). Obviously, having it in a jelly bean really isn't going to provide much of a benefit... you're better off getting it in foods, especially things like brightly colored veggies and leafy greens - which have other compounds that are good for your eyes (as well as the rest of the body). There are specially-designed supplements with lutein and other compounds that help eye health, but most of the folks watching this video are probably way younger than the target demographic for those.

Believe it or not the Git Gud inhalers could have a benefit as most people can breath better through one nostril or the other, this has been linked to which hemisphere of the brain is being used (emotional or logical) we operate at a better efficiency when both nostrils are completely clear meaning we are using both hemispheres at the same time.
