I feel especially bad over in japan because literally so many big screens and buses were having her as the forefront of advertising. So they got even bigger baited

To be honest.. when I looked at her at some moments in this show, all I could think of was "ShindoL" I didn't have my guard down even for a second

if you've read instant bullet you know this is much more his speed. kaguya apparently was originally supposed to be a tragedy, his editor talked him out of it.

He had another, totally different idea that he brought and his editor didn't like it, then he said to make something "fun" and he came up with Kaguya a manga about "idiot children," lol - which still ends up has a lot of interesting social commentary about wealth, etc. Interesting thing is you can tell that OnK is kind of based on his discovering how the entertainment industry works by seeing how movies, etc were made about Kaguya.

Oh how we fans wish to seek the wholesomeness in this series while having to deal with the inherent darkness.

You know what more f-up about the show. As a manga reader, i and many other was made to believe this was a comedy that have a bit of realism injected in like Kaguya-sama but with idol. And then that infamous chapter drop….

Nope, he has a big problem. You will see it especially in this series and if A1 continues Kaguya.

@@gamerforlife3946 Maybe Kaguya-sama was longer than necessary, but it was still enjoyable the whole way through. I don't see the problem

@@danielwoods3896 You enjoyed it, cool. But to me and many others, it dragged on way too much especially after Ishigami arc which is the last arc they should animate imo. After that, the stories are pointless, it should have ended quicker. Inappropriate themes get in the way as well if we actually want to talk about it. It loses what made it good and romance isn’t as good anymore even the ending was super cheesy and ends with same kind of notation you get from end of S3. Now for OnK, the same can be applied here, some stories are pointless in it and alot of its characters aren’t interesting. Ruby gets shelved until she comes back and becomes generic girl, Mem-cho is just meh, Aqua doesn’t develop and when he tries to develop him, he reverses it making the whole story pointless. Aka acts like I don’t know Aqua’s feelings after 70 chapters… Akane and Kana being interesting. However Akane’s development is predictable, Kana’s character of being Tsundere because she’s jealous, is just remnants of Aka writing a rom-com. Even now what do we know about the father more than basic stuff? 115 chapters and almost so little information. Dragging on. Now let’s look at other mangas like say CSM; CSM in just 60 chapters you get so much information and complexity that OnK pales in comparison. So yes I stand by what I said Aka doesn’t have range in his writing at all. He is stuck in place while someone like Fujimoto made “Sayonara Eri” and makes romance moments Aka made look bad.

I just started reading the manga after I've watched the anime but I kinda don't feel bad for ai anymore like uh bro she's like having an intercourse with their father who were like a LOT younger than her at that time who was like 16

@@icescorpion7050 oh okay I just did some research, it seems that the translation(it's not English) I was reading was WAY OFF it Said that he's 14 when in fact he's a year younger than her but it's still weird , like why do it with someone who's younger than you when she can just fool around with guys her age especially she's known for being pretty
