This reminds me of Chadstone Shopping Centre in Melbourne. The asset looks so much like it, it has a bus interchange and a hotel, and sticks out like a sore thumb in the Suburbia.

I'm glad you switched out the hotel for the sports fields during the detailing time lapse. Better fit and allows the beautiful stadium to breathe and be viewable from all angles 👍

Loving the Mirae fusing, the things you manage to do in vanilla are truly magical! That arena is insane, I don't think I've ever used it before but I sure will try to now. Gotta say though, I'm a bit disappointed we didn't get any high capacity public transport. Sure, it's too far out for Metro, but a train connection to the downtown would help eliviate so much pressure on the roads during game day. Especially since this feels like a very planned development, where there would have been time during planning to create room for a train station.....

Love the bush bubble designs, and the glass eye arena is a firm favourite in my cities! I love how it's sucken into the ground inside! Amazing asset! Such a fun episode, thank you!

Great build! Around here bus ramps tend to be in the center of the highway and hook into the fast/carpool lanes. If the intercity buses ever become an issue you could give them a full service interchange there

The big chunky boi's underground parking could be "accessed" with a road, not just Poor Man's Surface Painter. As in, a 2u road would fit perfectly.

Loved the fact that you went with the Glass Eye (SoFi Stadium inspired) instead of the Copper Bowl (feel like that stadium is overused) you’re probably the first to use it from what I’ve seen. It’s one of my favorites. Nice build.

Oh god! this build is really beautiful you don't over use parking (like other youtubers) and this made me like your videos more I guess next video you need to build a waste management complex, and a small town and I really hope that the town will be like mix of farms and fields and houses keep going egg!

The detailing really made this go to another level. Really well done build. Especially love the hedge ring design! First I thought you would do the Olympic rings, but it fits the space even better this way! This Glass Eye stadium is amazing!

Would love to see how that stadium works IRL. The glass roof allows light to flow while stopping any undesirable weather. Rooftop stadiums struggle with turf growth with the lack of light. It looks like it is handicapped accessible with the ground level platform looking down on the field. Interesting design indeed.

Egg showing he is the king of orientation. This build is magnificent mostly due to well selected assets in the perfect orientation and of course the final spicy detail. Not sure about the time lapse music though lol.

There’s two little grass spots out the glass eye entrance that are crying out for a couple of statues (legendary players and managers), great build as always.

I don’t know how you come up with some of your detailing ideas. The 10 rings are amazing, and I would probably name the stadium or shopping mall after them.

Egg you can't just say every build is your favorite! It is pretty good though, love the hedge ring design (have you ever done a proper hedge maze?). I think as much as the Twochurchers may be anti-hypermodern complex, the complex developers would be against the smokestack industry neighbors dirtying up their image

You were looking for a place for the hotels for the visiting teams. What sbout above the the stadium on top of the hill. The town you want to put up there could help supply the work force for the statium and hotels?

Great content as always! The Amirae (sp?) Looks like it is the cornerstone of the mall! I think it look great. Reminds me of so many malls in Az. They always have some obnoxiously large main store

Nicely done. But you are way short on parking. Consider putting a parking garage in. Most malls would want 1 stall for every 200 sq ft of building.

Very good video very funny video but you forgot to change the line and check how it was with a 100 capacity you could have put it on a could put it on the 60 or 75 and just let it slowly play it out but don't forget to check that line for 100 capacity buses and just see how it's doing😊

The shopping malls DLC what I've just bought a couple of weeks back and then I have the heart of Korea I was testing out the collisions and I found out it was a bit certain areas have smaller collision certain ones was really chunky I got a heart of prayer and use that same building and I glitched it in there and just need some detail I know look beautiful and I think I will suit like a damn time all like what you doing hey you're really nicely to keep up with the content and experiment😊
