Clutter can lead to increased depression, but some times the clutter comes from a serious heart break that causes depression, i lost my mother when i was 21, i just worked, went home, slept and went to work, and the clutter grew and i just gave up with it and just carried on as a null of a person, then i had someone(i owe my life to them) pulled me from that, lifted me and helped me back to me. I lost my dad to cancer 2 years ago after finding out he was seriously ill and within 2 weeks he passed at home with me and my mum present. I cant explain how hard this hit me and my mum and i still hurt every day.
