RECIPE:
2 carrots.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Fry over moderate heat for 2 minutes.
1 onion.
2 leeks.
Fry over moderate heat for 3 minutes.
2 peppers.
Fry over low heat for 5 minutes.
3 potatoes.
Mix the vegetables well.
Fill with water.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Rye flour 1 cup.
Flaxseed 1 cup.
Barley flour 1 cup.
Oatmeal 1 cup.
Grind in a blender.
Salt.
soda 1/2 teaspoon.
Mix dry ingredients.
Kefir/Greek yogurt 1 cup.
Mix the dough.
Lubricate your hands with olive oil.
Shape the loaves.
Repeat after me!
Coriander.
Black sesame.
Oatmeal.
White sesame.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
Noodles 50 gr.
Cook over low heat for 12 minutes.
The bread is ready!

Black pepper.

Parsley.
Remove the soup from the heat.
2 eggs.
Greek yogurt / sour cream 100 gr.
Mix well.
Add some broth to the egg mixture.
Add to the hot soup and let simmer.
