a friends to lovers and an absolute 5 star read (with a touch of found family) is into the blue by pene hanson 🧡 also recommend: wolfsong by tj klune, the goldfinch by tonna tartt, love me with lies trilogy by tarryn fisher

Watching your videos is like wayching your little sister tell you all about the books she's been reading and its so sweet and comforting. I have a book rec!!! I literally don't know if you'll like it, but high school me was OBSESSED. When I tell you that this book changed my brain chemistry? Tithe by Holly Black. The original fairy enemies-to-lovers YA. And its short a duology.

I've actually had a horrible reading year. I've been reading overall disappointing or downright bad books so I reread six of crows to reset and now I've been reading better books.

@@sunnykimreads when everything else fails you, you know Leigh Bardugo wont. I also recently read A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini which is kind of a friends to lovers, but it's not the main plot. It was my first 5 star of the year. I think you would like it.

omg Half a Soul by Olivia Atwater!! the main couple has the cutest dynamic and people have pitched it as pride and prejudice x howl's moving castle!! I also looved the romance subplot in The Red Palace by June Hur 😩😩 ofc the mystery was good too, BUT THE ROMANCE and the bonus epilogue?? had me tearing UP so good

I know the struggle of finding the five-star book, like it should hit all the right spots! Here are some of mine which earned THE 6 STAR Rating: - some kind of Happiness by Claire Legrand - Ireland by Frank Delany (I gatekeep this book tbh) - the book of lost things by john connolly - the sands of arawiya duology by hafsah faizal - the wicked deep by shea ernshaw I hope one of them will be a five-star for you, happy reading! Can not wait for your upcoming vid.

omg a really good book i just finished and rated 5/5 stars is the night circus by erin morgenstern. literally had me marveling at every little thing. such a good book to read (if you haven’t already) and i definitely recommend both the physical & the audiobook!! 🫶
