I started working at 12 years old for a woman that had various horses but most were retired race horses and jumpers. We also had 2 ponies, a quarter horse and a very grumpy mule. First day I got the welcome that all the girls got. Picked up by all of them and thrown into the manure pile. How sick, but, love those memories. Every horse the owner took in stayed in comfort with loving care till their last days. No matter how bad some could be from being abused. There they got understanding. All came around sooner or later. My favorite job for a whole $5.00 a week and riding lessons. Worth every minute.

A "follow the leader" sequence. ❤This time all went very fast. The group of the young horses followed 👑 Uniek immediately. Reintje don't like to be alone. As herd animal 🐎 she likes to be with her friends.

I love the way that Uniek helps you to bring the youngsters in 😍😍! I could tell that she was trying to hurry back to her little cutie Rising Star though 😂😂. Reintje looks as gorgeous as always whilst you're riding her 😍😍😍😍. She's exactly like my mare, Heather in not wanting to be on her own though. Loved that whinny to Reina, although I bet that it half defended you 🙈🙈😂😂! Rising Star looks like he's enjoying his pampat session, even though he is a bit ticklish in places 😍😂😍😂. Faya and little Rein are definitely full of joy and are loving helping out and learning new horsey things on the yard 😊😊. Hester looks so relaxed in front of the cart, and is doing really well for a young horse 😍😍.

Rising Star loved his grooming session because his ears were forward throughout. If he did not like it, his ears would have been back. His Mum, Uniek really is the Queen of the herd. Great to see.

A sight that never gets old for me is seeing the horses come running across the pasture once they hear Yvonne’s unmistakable whistle then falling into line single file behind their matriarch. It looks like Frieda and Johnny’s love affair is still going strong I guess every relationship needs a break every now and then😅Thank you Yvonne for always providing such a variety with the videos there’s something for everyone here and for me I always enjoy the ins & outs of life at Stal G it’s the best part of my morning.💚💚🐎🐎

LOL taking along with us while you riding reminds me of when i went riding out in the middle of nowhere crossing streams and hills, it was such a great feeling. i have always loved horses this gives me a unique aspect to you riding. love it thank you.

Love this video. You can tell you all get along well together and have fun doing your work. It’s always exciting when you have to move a large group of the horses. They get excited too. Risy is a little cutie and his mommy does not want to be separated from him for very long.

I loved all the hustle and bustle in this video. And I'm glad that Myrtes fist try with bitless and bareback went well. That saddle pad looked comfy, much more so than a felt one.

I enjoyed seeing Rinske. She doesn't seem to be around quite as much after having her baby, or at least not on camera. It's understandable but good to see her. Faya is very lucky to have such a job. Yvonne: "Did you touch it with your hands?" Faya: "No" ...she says as the camera rolls! 😂🤣🧡🧡

Its nice to see how much uniek loves her rising star, she calls him while She's leading. We see yvonne almost always ride reintje, but only sometimes her own 👑. It's not so easy to move a heard over a long distance, and quite dangerous

Yes, she HAS been riding Reintje , a lot.... I expect for several reasons... First, in training for Dressage, for regular exercise, maybe because Reintje is simply a really good horse! And giving Unieks legs a break! Also, Queen 👑Uniek can be difficult to handle... SO strong,! Making Reintje easier to ride? @@lisajoyaslanis Yes, i think because uniek can't do competition anymore. A pitty that she had that accident, so geertje is'nt trained so much anymore. I think that geertje will be better than reintje. 🤔
