My stomach always hurts from stress and anxiety from worrying a lot and I'm losing out on sleep from over thinking making me feel worse... I went for medical exam and nothing was wrong, I even had ecg because I thought I was having a heart attack. Astaghfirullah! May Allah forgive me for failing to trust in him when uncertain. May he strengthen our imaan. ❤🤲

Allah will give you prosperity, health, happiness, Love , etc... only thing you have to do is believe , trust on the plan of god he saves , he heals, he protects, he forgives, he removes all your worries , If time is bad ask allah , if time is good say thankyou to Allah ❤ say i love u always to allah , allah will show you the way Don't fear about the past you did allah is there to help you out if any problem comes go to allah because he is testing we will go to him or any other like... I'm Also soo much Tired of my Over Thinking problems for many years Because i not have Enough Gathering with me family for long time we not talking and less gathering. I was losing my self i noticed so much losing weight and hairs 😢😔😣😞 mene apne apko barbad kar lia hai kafi saalo se ghar hi raha zindagi ki kadar nhi ki namaz b nhi parhna seekhi over thinking ka issue or tensions se mera peecha nhi chhoot rha. Logo ki bato ki waja se main psychological doctor k pas nhi gaya kabi. Ghar baitha raha shuru se hi na koi job ki koshish ki na koi gatherings rahi meri. Ab main sochta hu namaz ki Taraf ana shuru karna chahiye mjy meri age almost 28 hai.

May Allah guide us.

You know mufti sab it is easy to say don't overthink . But you can't stop thinking when you're with so many problems at a time and main is jobless. No one will help you when you do not have money and you stay in rental house. Alhamdulillah I left everything on Allah for best situation 🙏

9 days for my medical entrance exam...... I'm very depressed... literally I'm crying Please my Brother and sister pray for me.... I'll die if i wouldn't clear

It will be almost 8 years since I worked like crazy to have a stable situation in life and 8 years since the doors closed in my face... I followed training courses, I even trained myself, I I launched bussiness but even so the doors remain closed. I do all my prayers, I fast, I do everything to be a good person but nothing works, I always end up failing and I am at the end of my rope.... I can no longer bear this situation.

Recite Friday Jummah DUROOD-E-WALI. ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMADININ NABI YIL UMMI YI WA AALIHI WABAARIK WA SALLIM. “O Allah! Send blessings on Muhammad, our chief the unlettered Apostle and his Family Thy favours and thy Salutations”. Hadrat Shah Wali’ullah Dehlvi (alaihir rahmah) said that his father commanded him to recite the above Durood Shareef as it was the best one. Hadrat Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu anhu), a close companion of Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), has said that if a person recites this Durood eighty times on Friday (after evening prayers), then his sins equivalent to 80 years will be forgiven. This is a very important Durood Shareef which brings forth immediate success and satisfaction to the heart and the mind. Hadrat Zarar bin Auzar (radi Allahu anhu), another companion of the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) says that he used to recite this Durood Shareef and fight with the non-believers. In every battle, he saw that success kissed his feet, and he never lost any battle on any day.
