We take you to the villages of Africa and show you the real African Village life. You get to experience the richness, the beauty, the heritage, and the culture here in Africa. These Waakye making women and some of the rural working women are such hard workers . For Mother Africa sake, somebody should give at least one a holiday break. One day, I will.

Sky bell you should try 'adowa' too. It's very nutritious. Adowa are tiny beans popularly called gungo peas among the Jamaicans or pigeon peas. It's normally cooked with peanut butter and eaten with fried onions and oil with gari and sometimes salad (and plantain). I'm sure you'll love it. I'm off to prepare mine. You're invited!

Very interesting it looks delicious. Love your videos. my only complaint about the cooking in Africa is the use of Maggi cubes it seems they are used in most dishes compared to Jamaicans and people from the Caribbean we use mostly fresh or dried herbs and spices instead of Those cubes which have MSG, that is artificial and not good for you.

very true but it’s a norm here, everyone cooks with them
@madeinengland1983
@madeinengland1983 3 жыл бұрын
I totally agree with you Jamaica nana on the issue of Maggi cubes. As Skybelle said it's the norm, which is unfortunate. One major factor is the high level of ignorance concerning the use of these seasonings. Others are very much aware but they are addicted, so they find it hard to stop. Cooking without Maggie doesn't make the food taste bad, if you're a good cook it shouldn't. 😋🍲

Our African Govt should enforce the use age of gloves in preparing food for multitudes, its allover Africa no gloves when watching food video other climates they use gloves, food bloggers also have a lot to do concerning this. This food looks nice and l know it will also taste good because of its rich ingredients and method of preparing.
