Palestine is occupied by Israel, Egypt, and Jordan, ask yourself why ;). In Israel, around 1 or 2 million Arabs are living there normally and equally. U probably never been there. Yeah political song originally titled October rain. Reference to the rave they danced at and hostages taken. Though they had to alter the lyrics to be non-political, too. Ray is deliberately stupid to not research this and say all colours all races, this is 100% about Israel and anti Palestinians. See original lyrics, they had to change. Other amendments is the chorus, which has been changed from “and I promise you that never again / I’m still wet from this October rain” to “Baby, promise me you’ll hold me again / I’m still broken from this hurricane”. Over 1,000 Swedish artists called for Israel to be banned this year. Over 1,400 Finnish music industry professionals have signed a petition to ban the country from taking part of the contest as well. The song was barred from performance due to breaking rules on political neutrality. So it's not all colours all creeds Ray. Its a political song and many many musicians have protested against Israel being included.
