Same. When I think I'm buying new, I expect my item to be new-not worn, used, returned and overly handled in a store. I'm surprised they gave you such a hard time. I had to contact Coach about two of my recent purchases that I suspected could be returns. When they sent their "how did we do email", I responded. Just on that they sent me discount codes for a future purchase and took some money off of my purchase. I don't mind some preowned items. BUT, not when I'm shopping for new. Don't blame you for being disappointed!!! *Years ago I bought a preowned bag on Ebay and there was a $20 in the pocket, lol* Love your Eliza!

Yeah, I don't want my things pre-owned either! That would've sent me through the roof as soon as I saw the cards inside.

I’m not AKA either but I got me some Nike Presto’s my husband customized them the shoe is pink the Nike swoosh is green also green tip I love them and those colors respectfully they can miss me with if they think none AKA ppl can’t wear those color 😂😂
