Same. When I think I'm buying new, I expect my item to be new-not worn, used, returned and overly handled in a store. I'm surprised they gave you such a hard time. I had to contact Coach about two of my recent purchases that I suspected could be returns. When they sent their "how did we do email", I responded. Just on that they sent me discount codes for a future purchase and took some money off of my purchase. I don't mind some preowned items. BUT, not when I'm shopping for new. Don't blame you for being disappointed!!! *Years ago I bought a preowned bag on Ebay and there was a $20 in the pocket, lol* Love your Eliza!

To keep your retwist fresh you style it, sit under a dryer if you one but if not it’s fine and leave the style in for atleast two weeks. That also helps your hair stay neat longer.

Right when you spend your money at a store you expect it to Be new! Like you would have went thrifting if you wanted sitting used. lol & as I mentioned, it’s Coach’s job to ensure everything on their sale’s floor is in New condition. You should try interlocking because when you interlock there’s no unraveling like it is with retwist

I recently have, actually! I tried barrel twists on myself and it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be! That, plus a different gel (AllDay Locks Braid Gel) has my retwist holding up good!

Your locs are beautiful! But I’d say get them interlocked, that way you don’t have to worry about getting a retwist so often.

I don't own any SDJ besides 59 none of the other ones really stuck out to me, however, something about 59 is so cozy and feminine. Its my favorite. I love fragrences with violet and warm notes 💜
