Alright.. let's pull out the easter eggs for ya! 1:27 The kid is wearing a mask, like how Michael wore one later on in life. And if you notice, he's roughly the same age Michael was when they started with the Jackson 5. 1:46 the lean. Everyone catches that. 2:19 The girl is in a high school letterman's jacket and wearing a wolf mask. Throwback to Thriller when Michael changed into the werewolf. 2:52 shoutout to the four dads from the TV show "King of the Hill" 2:58 to 3:07 Drummers may wear gloves to protect the senses in their hands from going numb from the drumsticks. Note that the drummer here is only wearing 1 glove on his right hand. The same hand that Michael wore his glove on. 3:15 He's sitting with a chimpanzee. The chimp is wearing a diaper, like Bubbles, Michael's chimp, did. Note the chair? It's Michael's glove. 3:23 The sidewalk lights up wherever they are stepping. Throwback to Billie Jean. 3:59 Straight from the extended version of the video for Black or White. Michael jumped on the car, did that, and then destroyed the car. 4:17 King of the hill guys with the Thriller moves. 4:20 Michael always stood on that grate to have the air blow up from under him. Here you go. 5:10 to 5:30 More throwback to Billie Jean. Everything Michael touched lit up. And note the guys pulled their pants up to show the white socks.. Michael always had to show those socks! 5:45 Throwback to the end of Thriller, when Michael turned back toward the camera and had the werewolf eyes. Oh.. the tattoo on his back? Liz Taylor. Good stuff in this video!

You missed that the little kid with the mask on is wearing an E.T. t-shirt. Also at 5:09 the bass player does the famous Janet Jackson hand moves.

The way the screen had cut ins ( I am not sure of the exact editing term ) at the part with the sidewalk lighting up was also a reference to Billie Jean

LOL I don't know where you got "King of the Hill guys" from, but one of those guys had a mohawk and another one of 'em was dressed up in a Slash-style top hat. Pretty sure they weren't supposed to be the guys from King of the Hill.

@@philpennington826 They were sitting down, drinking beer, like the for guys from the animated show King of the Hill. That was a shout out to them as well. That was a popular show on at the time this song was released.

Me too and I'm glad. I'd rather be a cool old fart than a painted young turd that never heard decent music growing up. MJ had some demons but he was the smoothest cat that ever danced his way through a video or a live performance. Nobody like him before or since but these guys absolutely killed this sh*t.
@OliveWhisperingEye
@OliveWhisperingEye Жыл бұрын
M.J. was before my time but I had responsible and intelligent parents who made sure us kids understood where music was coming from so we could understand how it gets to the future. I grew up studying every M.J. video that I taped for five days on two separate vhs tapes during a marathon of the king of pops muSic. Along with a lot more artists from all “genres” and even as a kid that grew up in a completely different decades from the original songs dropping I knew that no one could knock Michael off the throne he was a REALLY REAL ARTIST IN REALITY. He entertained all around. He danced like no one else before, he had the voice that still today I only know of one person who has the same vocal talent (weeknd)…. And A.A.F. made damn sure they killed this song and made sure they paid respect to not only the cover of the song but also his career in a epic ass music video. No one can match this cover and that’s why a.a.f. got props even from the king himself and to top it Michaels family asked a.a.f. to play the cover/tribute at the service for the funeral. My point was though that even though I have been known to paint myself up like a young turd I still grasp what music was in the past and appreciate a majority of it. But I have to give my parents the credit because without them actually taking an interest in my life and being there and wanting to actually teach me something I would be just another clueless cuck of a person eating up whatever sample of a song they are trying to pass off as an original composition and not know how they cheat you now like basic t.v….. they just keep playing reruns and call them originals. SHIT EVEN MORE THEN I WOULDN’T OF NOTICED THE EVOLUTION OF MOST “GENRES” ARE SIMPLY REPEATING OR STRAIGHT UP STEALING A CLASSIC SOUND THAT ALREADY EXISTS AND WAS SUCCESSFUL BACK THEN SO THEY CLAIM IT AS SOMETHING NEW AND WITH IT COMES UNBRIDLED SUCCESS FOR THE THIEVES AND RECOGNITION AS THE CREATORS OF A SOUND THAT EVERYONE LOVES TO NO END MAKING THEM MULTI PLATINUM “ARTISTS” SETTING THEM UP TO BE THE FUTURE PRODUCERS AND RECORD COMPANY EXECUTIVES THAT WILL ULTIMATELY PICK GARBAGE WATER MUSIC FOR US TO ADORE IN THE NEAR FUTURE! Like P. Diddy is a perfect example of a garbage musician/lyricist that was set up to pick the next generation of garbage artists like one of his main attractions MACHINE GUN KELLY!!!😂 so ppl please stop letting your kids just raise themselves and please start actually liking your kids or take an interest in them not being turds in body paint. Show them what was so they can see when future geniuses arrive and how not to ignore them like they obviously do now. HELP THE LITTLE PRICKS BE AWARE OF HOW RIDICULOUS, REPETITIOUS AND INCESSANT MUSIC HAS BECOME! And recognize the problem of under qualified over privileged individuals without musical abilities to become icons solely because of the number of followers they have that moment and if they can keep the board members of the company that bought a label only to make money not for arts sake at all…. Just stop being the sheep they want to buy garbage and learn your musical history so we don’t lose what we love and give it away to assholes with no talent or anything really to offer the world.😂😂😂😂 Thanks mom and dad for teaching me and allowing me to grow up and understand why what who and how it sounded so I can see the hypocrisy and sale of zero talent for millions of dollars for what it is. 😮 It’s a cycle that always returns at some point. The style or the “genres” always return but it’s the old talentless rich record executive that climbed his way up from a corporate mailroom to choose and present the options of artistry they choose to be options for popularity!! THATS LIKE A PLUMBER BAKING A CAKE AND CALLING HIMSELF A CHEF! So f%cking backwards.
