It all started a day and a half before when they were offshore and started having engine trouble. They somehow managed to make it into a dock safely despite the strong winds that night. It’s narrow, they don’t answer the radio, and trying to get through to them via phone is often very difficult as well. On this particular day, even when we could get through on the phone, they were clueless as to what was going on, causing myself headache, and the customer I was towing extra money as we had to wait for them to clear off the fuel dock which they insisted multiple times was wide open.
