paint on the desk, paint on my computer, paint in my hair... I sure make a mess with this stuff. But after a disappointing start to a drawing I'm finding myself diving back in as a beginner, trying to get a handle on using acrylic paints

I appreciate that you share all the struggles with us. Keeps it real. :) At the same time, I am rooting for you to make something where everything just falls into place and you magically create a piece without struggle and you absolutely love it (isn't that the dream even though we know that won't happen for us?).

Its beautiful ! I want to try doing acrylics again. Its so much faster than coloured pencils. This medium is so forgiving too ! Thanks for sharing Cassandra..and have a great day !

Beating my head against a wall between layers slows me down a LOT!!! 😂 but I know I’ll only get faster with practice.

How are you doing Cassandra? I hope you are really well enough to restart your channel soon. It would be such a shame considering all the work you've put in, to build up a channel of over 19 000 subscribers. I enjoy your tutorials very much - you were one of the first channels I discovered when my art journey started a couple of years ago.
