1) we need more of this 2) I got 7 hours of sleep last night compared to my normal 6 and I felt so refreshed. 8 hours would definitely feel like overclocking. I got 12 hours once and I was good for like 3 days.

I used to sleep 12 hours sleep every night when I smoked weed, it's like 4 hours a night since I quit.
