Those helmet speakers are meant to used with a full-faced helmet! You stick them into the ear-pads if there is a provided opening and listen to them much the same way that you would with on-ear headphones.

hi! have some boss coffee lore. back when me and aron started at Overclock, matt asked us if we wanted any snacks or drinks for the office. we asked for rainbow boss as it had just been brought stateside. and Austin tried it and liked it so much he always keeps the office stocked with them despite them being Pretty Expensive

Hi, Sports Guy here. For a while, football athletes were using mouthpieces that looked like pacifiers as a form of intimidation. It failed. Horribly. The fact that they are still a thing (depends on when this was shot) boggles my mind, UNLESS this was a clearance item and Matt is just that level of curious.
