btw the riposte need to aim target. So, any skill can cast while moving, like.. yes greataxe spin, he spin himeself, he spin you around, and that is really hard to aim and stun them

In Wars you always wear Heavy Armor no matter the build.

The spear has a ton of stuns, and good tracking, but its not a very mobile weapon and can really struggle vs a grit build. I think the rapier is all around a better weapon for open world pvp

@@AlexGorskov besides the obvious lack of ranged damage you should absolutely troll people in 1v1 if they rely on damage absorption and stuns rather than mobility

The rend from rapier and spear would make these PvP armor cheesebags as paper thin as everyone else

Spear fire staff has a tons of stun potential and the staff does a great job covering the spears mobility weakness, but rapier is thebbetter weapon in my opinion! I think the fire staff might be the best ranged weapon, its very powerful and much easier to aim then the bow or musket

@@KristoferESO thanks man! Yeah I find myself in a strange situation because I can aim super good even with the bow as well as the fire staff so I'm really torn between the 2 cause they both do great Damage its just about which of them are more comfortable in more situations

Im not sure whats the strongest, but as a rapier IG combo you can struggle vs Fire IG because fire staff is such a dominant ranged weapon. I find having a fire staff myself makes the fight somewhat even vs a mage because the IG is not very effective vs other ranged weapons, so the fight is basically fire staff vs fire staff

@@KristoferESO I do admit the IG can struggle against other ranged weapons. I use Rapier/IG and find it's better to avoid long range fights, stay in mid range and hop in and out of close range vs other ranged weapons with the IG, and use ice shower to try and trap them in an ice storm to take advantage of the passive Heavy Freeze. If you can hit them while they're in ice storm, you can stun them for 1s and trap them in a heavy attack loop until ice storm runs out. It's super effective but can be tricky to pull off, I'm trying to practice to get better with it but it makes the dynamics interesting in ranged fights. Ice shower also works well to trap people to set them up for a fleche backstab assault. :)

I noticed this as well. Unfortunate. I now evade first then roll switch roll switch to same effect.
