This Week In Disney News 00:00 is a weekly show hosted by Mark Brickey that covers the latest stories from the world of Disney. 00:29 In Disneyland news, the "Magic Happens" parade has returned after a hiatus due to COVID-19, and 02:13 Mickey's Toontown is preparing for its grand reopening with new updates and food options. 06:19 The original Disneyland Resort engine, the C.K. Holliday, is also returning to service for visitors to experience.
13:21 In Walt Disney World news, Breeze Airlines is offering first-class and coach flights at a value rate, and the 16:33 2023 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is in full swing. 20:17 Guests can also meet Grogu and The Mandalorian at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, and Magic Kingdom has added a new wheelchair-bound doll to the "It's A Small World" ride for inclusivity.
In entertainment news, the "Haunted Mansion" movie 21:58 is set to release in July 2023, and the live-action adaptation of 23:12 "Peter Pan & Wendy" will be released in April. Lastly, a documentary about the making of the infamous 24:28 "Star Wars Holiday Special" called "A Disturbance in the Force" is set to premiere at SXSW.
Viewers can tune in every Monday for a recap of the week's biggest stories and join Mark live on Wednesday nights at 7 PM Disneyland time for Community Conversations. For even more Disney fun, viewers can join Mark's private Discord Server Club1313 to make new Disney friends and participate in live watch-alongs, park meetups, and discussions about all things Disney.

I would definetely love if you could break down the DeSantis situation for those of us who are citizens of Disneyland that live outside of the US. Politics can get confusing haha. Also, the Olaf guy has the quirky affable guy character down to a T! I'm surprised that he's not that affable off screen but, hey he's an actor after all. Great video this week Brickey!

I actually saw the Star Wars Holiday Special when it debuted on TV. It also happened to be my dad’s 40th birthday. We were all so excited to watch it that night. We were a bit disappointed…

Great News update! thanks for updating all areas of Disney. High hopes for the Movie and watching Peter and Wendy. The 30 days were at her discretion from what she said on an interview, she looked at her calendar and said, xyz month, for her 30 ban. So no real slap on the hand there.

I'd be interested in a longer Reedy Creek video. I'm sure we all have our own opinions based on politics and ideologies. But I think what particularly interesting is the potential implications toward corporate independence and control of their own projects/facilities/areas. You could discuss this specifically regarding Disney, but I think it could have relevance to corporate control more broadly. (It's particularly fascinating that a challenge to corporate control came from Republicans since things like corporate "personhood" regarding "free speech" defended by them not so long ago. It will be interesting to see where their competing interests begin to clash and where corporate control lands ultimately.)

I've been to Florida several times (not to the resort areas) and it was a complete shit hole every time. It's so run down and mis-managed. Adam the Woo has shown several times that places are abandoned and trashed. It looks like that everywhere. I guess the people that live there like it that way, which is probably why they like Ron Inshambles.

Hey Brickey loved this look from your perspective at Disneyland and other things The shame in taking pictures in any restroom is beyond my compression. What has happened to supposed adults doing such disgusting things? Celebrity or not She should be banned for a long period of time. I'm glad that Disneyland is staying Firm on the decision but I Agree the punishment doesn't fit to the crime. She should be banned from the Land until she can go on a a Beautitfy your restrooms by maintaining the necessary items you find in bathrooms.Toliet tissue, Tissues etc. Someone Needs to set an example of what Will and Will Not be tolerated. Thank you so much for your updates. I think they're Wonderful I really appreciate ❤️ you for making them. .You know I'll be 63 the 29th of this month..I Only wish I'd known of you sooner. My time is about running out but I feel If I don't ask now there may not be a later.. I have the most beautiful grandson,Eli, he's been to WDW ,came back with a broken wrist and that terrible virus, Thank God he's fully recovered from both. He really wants the OrangeBird Sipper but I have no way to get there. Is there anything you could possibly do to grant this Wish He's going to be 5 already! Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️ heart.. Great job! I'm going to subscribe. I compared two things you covered: Meatball Ron and It's A Small World because it's the Dark Force vs the Light Force. It's A Small World is totally WOKE! An attraction with mega exclusivity, peace, innocence, and joy that brings a smile and awe to everyone, forgetting who they are and who they voted for. Gov. Ron represents selfishness, exclusivity, anger, childlessness (iRONically), fear, retaliatory, thuggism, intolerance (unchristian), racism, and fascism. ASLEEP to others and their experiences and concerns. Wake up supporters of Ron. Get out of the dark, get out of the far right and into the light. Love one another - It's A Small World After All.

I was surprised to here that Josh Gad is a jerk. I mean I don’t really follow celebrities that much. Just surprised Disney has stooped to allowing these types of people to represent the company. Do better Disney!!!! They need to set a standard for people to be nicer including the actors they pay. Besides all that. Your videos are great. Thank you for all the information.

Okay... I am happy to entertain the idea that Josh Gad is a jerk irl (and I would love to hear more about those stories some day)... but you are 100% in the wrong about The Jungle Cruise!! The jokes literally became a thing because nobody liked the boring boat ride through the animatronics. The performances of the skippers are the only reason to ride... AND it's the exact reason why I usually end my days at Disneyland riding the Jungle Cruise over and over, when the lines are down, so I can see as many different Skipps do their shows as I can. You, Sir, do not deserve the Jungle Cruise! It's the best ride at Disneyland.

I have watched many of your videos. Something has changed in you perhaps to reflect on. You started saying you wanted to be positive and uplifting while sharing about Disney. In this video you off on two different celebrities for whatever. This negative stuff is off putting at the least. I hope you change this new negative stuff. Talking about how someone else behaves badly has no reflection on my positivity. Did you not hear the part of the video where I praised Magic Kingdom for their updates to Small World. No one person can always be positive, especially when covering the news. Rebel broke the rules not me, and I'm not going to lie to you and tell you that Josh Gad is the nice person everyone believes his. If you have shown up here looking for toxic positivity, you have picked the wrong person and the wrong place.

Ron deSantis over reacted to Chapek being an ass. Catering to a small group of employees has kick back. Reedy creek will change. I agreed that the do a spectacular job of keeping the property manicured and beautiful. 😊
