For people who don’t know looking at the red dot with the black and white moving around it will confuse the part of your eye that actually makes you see and sends a signal to your brain that you are very dizzy but you aren’t because you’re not moving it’s the black and white that’s moving so when you look up your eyes are seeing and feeling like you have been spinning around or on a roller coaster so then science your focused on the red your periferal vision will see the black and white moving which causes when looking up to keep that swirling pattern ❤ your welcome 🤗

Thank You A Lot Brother It Helped Me. My eyes were paining and troubling a lot I was seeing things blur even wearing glasses. I got scared that my eye power would increase but after watching this for 6 to 7 times my eyes got relaxed, the pain stopped and I was able to see a bit more clearly and blurriness vanished.
