So, I didn't hit back. I did contact our college police. Those officers saw right through her lies. They arrested her, charged with assault and public intoxication. The school then expelled her as well. That didn't end it. She tried a terror campaign of calling and texting me frequently, wanting to meet and talk things over. I would refuse and she would go right back to being a bitter and violent drunk. That was about a decade ago, but I can still remember it vividly. Oh! And to top it off, two years ago, she sent me a friend request on Facebook!
