This year's dessert of the year. This spring's favorite dessert.
300g walnuts.
Roast for a few minutes over medium heat.

Chop the nuts.

Add cornstarch.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add the nuts.
Set aside to cool at room temperature.
3 eggs.
80g sugar.
Stir.
Set aside to allow the sugar to melt.
Beat the egg whites with 100 g sugar.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Whisk well.
Mix the beaten egg whites with the egg yolks.
150-180 g flour.
25 g cornstarch.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Knead the dough in batches.
Place in a baking pan.
My mold is 18 cm tall.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
250g butter.
room temperature.
Hit.
Add the nut mixture.
Moisten the sponge cake with milk.
Sprinkle with the nut mixture.
50 ml 33% hot cream.
50g dark chocolate.
Decorate with chocolate cream.
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
