The SPD execution was way more unforgiving in SF2 so props to that beast of a player. There’s no short cuts like the newer games. You gotta churn that butter the right way lol

8:00 - SMUG DOESN'T KNOW BOUT THE STOMACH CRUNCH!!!! Smug, in SFII, Zangief's u, u.hp (neutral jump up hp) does a broken amount of stun. Something like 45%-70%. It's been in the guides to using him since 91.

my experience with fighting lvl 8 Zangief back in the day was to neutral jump fierce punch/kick into clip I would never be on the offensive because of what we witnessed on the video. I'd just give him that 1 2 combo until the match was over. hope this helps somewhat in future battles with Zangief....btw you'll get'em next time tiger, I have faith in you beast👍👍
