Also in SvR 2008 24/7 mode you can possibly be involved in a Triple Threat Tag match or Ladder match. Basically it’s designed as your typical 6 pack challenge match but one of the AI which is your partner won’t attack you at all.

I don't remember if it happens before No Way Out in SmackDown 2, but you can get the Hell In A Cell match in season 1 with Triple H vs. Cactus Jack.
