Running 5K with my youngest subscriber during the 500K challenge. YOU the JOG ON audience have been great, and even offered to run parts of the challenge with me. During the current restrictions there were only those of you nearby whom I was able to accept this offer. My thanks to Jon, Alasdair and Ollie for participating in the run, and to everyone who has bought a JOG ON top.

Yeah who know's, I hope for some fall through in the not too distant future, we ain't quitting on producing videos and podcasts so we're here to stay, and hopefully people come along for the ride. Great vid as always! Bit of suspense for the last day now... series really gives motivation to continue my own goals and push a bit harder. Attempting to run further at the moment on the long runs, 25km last Saturday which is the furthest I’ve ever done. Thanks for the well timed motivation!

Great question Mark - in the end I believe he was just over the 28 minute mark - as you saw we had a faster 25 minute 5K pace going for a while. He’s great for his age, some wonderful potential if he chooses to keep it up! Thank you for watching.
