It is something special my friend. No disrespect to Other leagues, but, the intensity even in the week before is astounding, Everyone talks about it. Yes, it has an unsavoury side, and, I suppose in some way that’s what sets it aside from a lot of other derbies. I’m in my fifties, have seen many of them, good and bad, and, they just stay with you.

I know this comment might get some people raging. But…it’s not the ‘old firm’ Rangers are a new club. FACT. They went bust in 2012 and have a new legal entity and name FACT. Only The Rangers (Sevco) harp on about the ‘old form’ and cling to that as some sort of hope to forget that they died. It’s a Glasgow derby now. They’ll never admit it, but that’s the reality.

I have to say as a celtic fan I find it quite embarrassing that they were booing and shouting abuse at the rangers players/manager before the game. During the game is during the game and nearly everything goes apart from the obvious sectarianism, racism and the likes but to be stood outside the park as a grown man and booing them coming off the bus is just a little pathetic.
