Problem is that although we all saw and heard what we did, he's not faced any criminal wrongdoings. And since he came through the academy there's more of a perceived duty of care. The case was dropped because, in addition to the alleged victim withdrawing her evidence, new evidence emerged which made the prospect of conviction unlikely. Not my words, the words of the CPS. Your precious audio tape proves nothing. If it did, it would have been sufficient to secure a conviction, with or without her co-operation. We can either deal in facts or opinions here. Your claim that he is guilty is just that - an unproven opinion. The FACT is that he has not been found guilty of any crime and (whether you like it or not) he is innocent.
